Cold plunge

Then the cold.

Heat, then cold, then rest. A plunge or a cold shower beside your sauna finishes the round properly.

Both are clad to match your sauna. Add one in the configurator, or order it on its own.

FAQ

Good questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the model and how busy the shop is. When you place your deposit, we give you a build slot and a delivery window in writing.

What do I need to get ready?

A level base, either compacted gravel or concrete piers. We send you the size and layout once your drawing is signed off. You also need clear access for the delivery truck.

Electric heaters need a dedicated 240 V circuit, run by a licensed electrician.

Do you deliver outside the Columbia Valley?

Yes. We deliver and set up in the Columbia Valley and East Kootenay ourselves, and ship across Canada by flatbed. Delivery is quoted to your address.

How does payment work?

50% deposit when you sign off on your drawing. The other 50% when it's delivered.

Can I change a model?

Yes. Every sauna is built to order, so sizes, glass, bench layout, wood and heater can all change. The models are starting points with real prices.

Electric or wood-burning?

Electric is easy: it heats up on a timer or from the controller, with no wood to haul. Wood-burning gives you a live fire and works off-grid. It needs a chimney, which we include with the stove.

Do I need a building permit?

It depends on where you live and how big the sauna is. Check with your local government before you order. We provide drawings you can submit.
